Terms and Conditions

We are unable to ship tubers to WA, TAS or NT due to quarantine restrictions.
Tubers are grown and divided on our farm and we aim to select and ship only the best quality tubers and
check for viability prior to sending.


Items in your cart are not confirmed unless the transaction is completed and may disappear when stock levels
are low. To increase your chances of getting more cultivars, check out promptly and make multiple purchases
and we will combine shipping. Please pay for shipping on your first order and then for subsequent orders
select ‘additional order’ so you are not charged additional postage. We will refund shipping over charges or
invoice the additional cost of combined shipping.


Tubers begin shipping from mid September. Tracking information will be sent to your email address once your
order is shipped. If any cultivars that you order do not make it through storage, you will be contacted and
offered a refund or a substitution We do not substitute tubers at our discretion.

your order number, photos and a description of any concerns.


Dahlia Hills Farm holds no responsibility for tubers after shipping. If not planted immediately, tubers will need
to be monitored while in storage to ensure they stay viable. For best results follow the growing guide included
with your order but also be aware of what works best in your climate conditions.
